It can happen to the best of us. Wrist pain is unfortunately a common issue when it comes to exercising. Here's How to Wrap a Wrist for Support

One thing to note - Don't make a habit of wearing the powerlifting wrist wraps during your entire workout because no matter what, you aren't getting full blood circulation to your hands. If you are about to do a series of workouts where you know either your form isn't perfect or you know that the particular movement has given your wrist some issues in the past, by all means wrap up! On legs day, leave the wraps at home.
